The Handrail End is a small piece of curved handrail that has fallen off the main handrail of the steps.

The Handrail End can be found at the top of the steps by the mine entrance.
Acquisition[]
Josef can just pick up the Handrail End.
Function[]
To repair the handrail. Josef will have to put the Handrail End back onto the main handrail at the top of the steps. This will allow Josef to use the handrail to pull the lever at the top of the steps from the bottom of the steps. When the lever is pulled a mine cart will travel out of the mine along the tracks.
